Office Information

We are a midsized Architectural office with a complex service for our clients- besides an architectural department we have a construction division that is able to design and build up to and including the final handover.

The office is led by Head Architect and his Leading Team, and each department has its own partial manager. Each division has its hierarchy structured by the experiences of our staff.

Our office has balanced amount of Architects and Building Engineers. We manage several external consultants and experts that have a wide scale of expertise. Namely we are closely co-operating with technical field experts, historical department specialists, and many more. We always search for the best specialists and experts so that we can deliver the best service possible to our clients.

The construction division has a group of highly reliable contractors that we use to complete our projects. Their wide array of skills and teams vary based on the type of our project.

Having a trustworthy and close co-operation with our client is very important for us. We have to understand exactly what we have to design and for this purpose we are on the position of acting like a partner with our client. Each customer becomes a part of the process and are welcome to observe every step of the design process, with providing input and suggestions being always welcomed.

Since 2012 we have new subsidiary company in New York City. Our new company in USA is one of a minority of Czech Architectural offices in the USA. This gives us a unique opportunity to offer our clients new services and possibilities overseas. The new office will serve as the beacon for Czech architects and strive to bring us interesting projects from this new market.

We see our two offices having an important synergy and a resource of clients that support each other. That gives us two offices on two continents, that have a balanced diversification of clients and with a host of potential. We are also focusing on the potential of the Latin America, Brasil and Californian markets which will be operated by our new office in New York.
